The Head of Business Operations isresponsible for providing strategic leadership, management, and oversight of the organization's core support functions, including Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition (TA), Information Technology (IT), Administration, Training, Project delivery, Automation and Accounts. The role will ensure that each function achieves its individual objectives while working collaboratively to provide seamless support to the business and enable organizational growth.
You will drive alignment, integration, and synchronization across these support functions, fostering operational excellence, improving service delivery, and ensuring efficient utilization of organizational resources.
The Head of Business Operations will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to execute strategic initiatives, strengthen governance, monitor performance, and ensure timely implementation of key organizational priorities.
Key Roles/Tasks/Responsibilities
- :Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all company departments
- .Ensure effective coordination and collaboration among all support functions to deliver high-quality internal services and support business objectives
- .Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- .Develop policies, governance frameworks, and standard operating procedures across corporate functions
- .Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve organizational efficiency, productivity, and employee experience
- .Support the management team in the development, execution, and monitoring of the organization's three-year strategic plan, annual operating plans, budgets, and management information systems (MIS)
- .Work closely with the senior leadership team to implement approved strategic initiatives, monitor progress, and provide regular performance updates
- .Establish enterprise-wide compliance, risk management, and internal control frameworks to ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, legal, and corporate governance requirements
- .Monitor organizational compliance through regular reviews, audits, reporting, and corrective action plans
- .Oversee budgeting, financial planning, cost optimization, and resource allocation in partnership with the Finance team
- .Drive talent management initiatives across the organization, including workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement, succession planning, performance management, learning and development, and organizational capability building
- .Mentor and guide functional leaders across HR, TA, IT, Administration, and Finance to build high-performing teams and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

- Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, financial management, governance, and performance managemen
- Strong leadership capability with experience mentoring senior functional leaders and building high-performing team
- Experience implementing technology-enabled business solutions and digital transformation initiative
- Excellent understanding of corporate governance, compliance, enterprise risk management, and internal control
