ElenC Marketing Solutions, based in Hobart, Australia, is on the lookout for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This pivotal role requires a strong leader to oversee our financial operations, ensuring the company's financial health and aligning finance strategies with our overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives and enhance profitability.
- Budget Management: Oversee budget planning and forecasting; monitor the performance of budgets against actual results.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, minimizing risks to the organization.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for stakeholders, including profitability analysis and cash flow management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO, finance director, or in a similar financial management role.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles.
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is an advantage.
Salary:
- Hourly Range: AUD 90 - AUD 150
