Role Overview:
This leadership role is responsible for end-to-end financial control, project costing, statutory compliance, and cash flow management across construction projects. The position requires strong commercial judgment, system-driven execution, and proactive financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts, books, and monthly MIS reporting
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability
- Cash flow forecasting and fund management
- Ensure GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance
- Coordinate audits, banking, and financial documentation
- Approve contractor bills and cost controls
- Lead finance and compliance teams
- Strengthen financial systems and processes
Eligibility:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- CA / Equivalent professional qualification
