Summary
The Senior Manager, Business Operations and Clinic Communications plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, supporting field execution, and scaling clinical infrastructure across the Options Medical Weight Loss network. This leader will oversee a portfolio of responsibilities including process improvement, technical project management, and the execution of clinical communications. With a cross-functional mindset and a bias for action, the Senior Manager enables effective coordination across departments ensuring our clinics are equipped to deliver high-quality care and consistent patient experiences. This role reports to the Chief Operations Officer with a dotted line of accountability to Clinical Leadership.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead process optimization initiatives to ensure clinic workflows are scalable, efficient, and aligned with compliance standards.
- Partner with field leadership and support departments to streamline SOPs and improve clinic performance metrics.

- Manage the execution of clinical communication in alignment with the Clinical Communication RACI.
- Coordinate with Medical Leadership, Clinical Quality, and Marketing to ensure care-related updates are accurate, compliant, and deployed through the right channels.
- Maintain documentation standards and project tracking for care team-facing communications.
- Partner with IT to translate operational needs into technical requirements and coordinate across stakeholders for execution.
- Evaluate and implement operational systems and automation tools that support front- and back-of-clinic functions in partnership with IT.
- Evaluate and implement dashboards and performance monitoring tools to provide field visibility into operational KPIs in partnership with IT and cross-functional CST partners.

- Represent the operational voice in cross-functional initiatives impacting care delivery and technology.

Work Environment/Physical Demands
- Hybrid position with typical office-based demands.
- Prolonged periods at a computer and occasional travel to clinics or vendor sites.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years in an operations or clinic-support role, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
- Experience with process improvement, project planning, or systems implementation.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience in a multi-site healthcare or clinical setting.
- Familiarity with inventory and procurement tools (e.g., NetSuite).
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and clinical compliance standards.
- PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus.
