About EKO
EKO Clothing Pvt Ltd is a growing women’s wear brand operating online with in-house design, owned fabric sourcing, external manufacturing partners, and structured quality control systems.
We are currently implementing the Odoo ERP and strengthening internal process discipline.
This role works directly with the Founders to build structured execution across the organisation.
Role Objective
To ensure disciplined execution, structured reporting, and smooth ERP implementation so the Founders can focus on strategic growth.
This is an execution-heavy, high-accountability role.
Key Responsibilities
1. ERP Implementation & Systems Coordination
- Coordinate with external Odoo consultant
- Track module-wise rollout progress
- Collect structured data from internal teams
- Maintain implementation trackers
- Document workflows
- Conduct internal walkthrough sessions
- Ensure usage discipline across teams
2. MIS & Reporting Discipline
- Maintain weekly MIS trackers
- Follow up with teams for inputs
- Consolidate and structure reports
- Highlight delays and bottlenecks
3. Founder’s Office Execution
- Manage founder calendar
- Track action items and follow-up closure
- Maintain documentation repository
- Ensure no execution loops are dropped
4. Basic Financial & Operational Coordination
- Assist in invoice extraction and reconciliation
- Coordinate with accountant for required documentation
- Ensure attendance and payroll inputs are structured
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in operations / business coordination
- Exposure to ERP / CRM systems preferred
- Strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
- Comfortable working with data and reconciliation
- Structured thinker with strong follow-up ability
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Low ego, high ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a growing, evolving environment
Tools & Systems Familiarity (Preferred)
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for research, structuring, drafting SOPs, or data cleaning
- Basic Canva skills for simple internal documents, SOP visuals, or reports
- Quick learner of digital tools

- Odoo ERP rolled out with disciplined usage
- Weekly MIS systems running consistently
- Structured documentation repository in place
- Founder’s execution flow streamlined
- No recurring operational clean-up crises
