We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused individual to be the face of our office. This is primarily an Inside Sales and Coordination role. While the majority of your day involves assisting customers and managing orders, you’ll also provide occasional hands-on support with equipment setups and yard organization.
Primary Role
● Customer Support: Greeting walk-in clients and handling phone inquiries with a professional, helpful attitude.
● Order Management: Providing product info, calculating basic estimates, processing orders and payments.
● Coordination: Scheduling installations and keeping the office/sales area organized and running smoothly.
Tertiary Role
● Simple Installations: Assisting with the setup of parking equipment.
● Yard & Inventory: Helping load/unload materials and keeping the warehouse tidy. (Forklift experience is a bonus, but we’ll prioritize a great attitude!)
What We’re Looking For
● People Skills: Comfortable talking to customers and can communicate clearly.
● "Handy" Mindset: Comfortable using basic hand tools when needed.
● Reliability: You show up on time, take pride in your work, and enjoy a variety of tasks.
● Basics: A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50 lbs on the days we’re moving inventory.
