Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Sales Operations Manager to lead and optimize our sales processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales efficiency, supporting the sales team, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of sales strategies and operations. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for streamlining workflows, managing sales data, and implementing tools that enhance sales productivity.
Position Objectives Summary
- Manage Richlu Sales Process.
- Ensures all sales functions and administration run smoothly for the entire organization.
- Collaborates with the entire Richlu team and stakeholders to ensure sales success.
- Accountable to administer Wholesale and MAP pricing.
- Promotes the best possible customer experience.
- Manages tradeshow initiatives.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Manage Sales Process
- Accountable for Sales activities
- Leverage reporting and measurement systems to track sales, leads, closure rates, which drive profitable sales based on empirical and available internal and market data
- Monitor and report regularly on sales plans (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Identify the needs of our customers.
Key Account Oversight
- Work closely with the Key Account Manager to nurture Richlu’s Key Accounts
- Oversee account activity and customer satisfaction
Manage Territory Representatives
- Develops individual sales plan for the territory reps
- Set Annual targets, and growth objectives for each territory
- Manage through call reports, monthly reporting, regular territory visits, and frequently monitor communication
Market Knowledge and Execution
- Is aware of the market trends in the Workwear, Casual, Outdoor, PPE and safety apparel market
- Executes annual unit and margin plans
- Collaborates on product mix, and selling price by keeping current with changing trends, economic indicators, and competition
- Delivers a yearly competitor analysis report
- Enforces MAP in the online and retail marketplace
Trade Show Management
- Assigns appropriate resources to attend tradeshows
- Manages annual trade show budget
Oversees Sales Support Team
- Provides direction/leadership to the Sales Support Manager to ensure the Sales Support team is achieving their objectives

Required Qualifications

Education
