Qualifications
- Experience in automotive industry is required
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within a relevant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using management software and MS Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
