Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Operations Manager - Western Cluster. The role involves managing daily operations, overseeing operational processes, and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency across the Western cluster. Responsibilities include monitoring business performance, managing resources, and ensuring seamless program execution while aligning with organizational goals. The Business Operations Manager will also collaborate across teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to financial planning and operational decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Operations and Operations Management
- Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Experience in Program Management and process optimization
- Understanding of Finance and resource allocation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Familiarity with the healthcare or facilities management sector is a plus
