The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, decisive, and growth-oriented Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our Private Equity backed mid-sized Global SAAS client. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of their global revenue strategy, unifying sales, marketing, customer success, and professional services under a cohesive revenue engine.
This is a high-impact role for a leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, driving scalable SaaS revenue while strengthening our position as a global transformation partner.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute a global revenue strategy aligned with their SaaS acceleration, product evolution, and market expansion goals.
Commercial Leadership
- Lead and unify global Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services into a high-performance, data-driven organisation.
- Elevate go‑to‑market strategies across enterprise, public sector, and channel markets.
Customer & Market Focus
- Deepen customer-centricity through the complete lifecycle—from acquisition to expansion and retention.
- Strengthen their presence across core mission critical planning and operational segments.
Operational Excellence
- Implement rigorous forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics processes.
- Introduce scalable systems, tools, and KPIs aligned to SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, pipeline velocity).
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate closely with Product & Technology teams to align roadmap priorities with market needs.
- Partner with Finance on revenue planning, forecasting accuracy, and performance tracking.
Ideal Leadership Profile
Experience
- Proven track record as a CRO, CSO, or equivalent commercial executive within SaaS, enterprise software, tech, or similar sectors.
- Demonstrated success scaling global revenue organisations and leading SaaS transitions.
- Background in complex B2B/B2G sales across enterprise and public-sector environments.
