Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) – London (Hybrid)
I’m currently partnering with an innovative, high-growth AI and experience intelligence business looking to appoint a Chief Revenue Officer to join their executive team.
This is a key C-suite hire, responsible for shaping and delivering the global revenue strategy across sales, customer success, and demand generation.
The Role:
- Define and execute revenue and go-to-market strategy across multiple channels and markets
- Lead and scale high-performing GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Demand Gen)
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
- Embed data-driven decision making across forecasting, budgeting, and performance
- Partner closely with founders and the executive team to achieve ambitious growth targets
- Oversee the full customer lifecycle, from pipeline through to renewal and expansion
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth at scale
- Strong experience building and leading GTM functions
- Deep understanding of sales strategy, customer lifecycle, and commercial performance
- Data-led mindset with expertise in forecasting and analytics
- A hands-on, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
