The Sales Operations Intern supports the daily sales operations of the business with the Sales Operations & Merchandizing department.
- Assist the commercial network (both internal and external) with the necessary resources and tools to increase selling performance.
- Supporting the boutiques in their daily organization taking into consideration the brand image and strategy together with their reality and constraints.
Business Operations – 60%
- Stock Management, supporting on moving stocks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Deposit tracking
- Stock animation
- Regular communication with boutiques
- Sales invoicing and coordination, supporting monthly commercial operations.
Retail Excellence – 20%
- Support projects related to retail operations.
Retail Performance: reporting, analysis and action plan follow up, assisting the department –
20%
- Assist in the completion and standardization of the reporting activity upon the defined schedule
- E.g. Boutique Daily/Monthly reports
- Update collection/pricelist
