Who We're Looking For
Eco Power Equipment builds the site support equipment that keeps Alberta's industrial projects running: generators, heaters, transfer switches, and the parts that keep them alive in the field. We're growing fast, and we need a sharp, competitive, mechanically-curious person to become the engine room of our sales team.
This isn't a "take messages and file quotes" admin role. This is a Revenue Catalyst position, a 36-month apprenticeship designed to turn the right person into a Territory Manager.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Mining revenue from our own customer base. We have hundreds of equipment owners who are buying parts and consumables from our competitors. You'll use our ERP system (Epicor) to find them and win that business back.
- Keeping our Territory Managers in the field. You'll own the quote queue, turning TM notes into professional proposals so our field reps never have to leave a job site to write a quote.
- Running proactive outbound campaigns. Seasonal kits, dormant account reactivation, and consumables pushes, you'll build call lists and work them.
- Supporting our trade show program. We do five shows a year. You'll own the logistics and travel to 3–4 of them.
- Keeping our CRM honest. Clean data, closed-loop lead tracking, pre-visit customer snapshots for the sales team.
Your First 90 Days
- Days 1–30: Shadow our current Inside Sales manager. Get certified in Epicor. Take over quote generation immediately.
- Days 31–60: Field ride-alongs with TMs. Launch your first "leakage recovery" outbound campaign.
- Days 61–90: Own a weekly target of 3–5 qualified leads handed off to the outside team. Start your first mechanical parts commission hunt.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 CAD
- Variable (Uncapped target ~$20K):
- 3.0% commission on mechanical parts sales
- 1.0% commission on consumables (ducting, etc.)
- $150 bounty per qualified "Whole Good" lead passed to a Territory Manager
- Quarterly MBO bonus tied to CRM quality, trade show execution, and training milestones
Total target compensation: $70,000–$75,000 CAD in Year 1 with strong performance.
