The opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Manager – Go-To-Market (Product Marketing) to drive GTM strategy and execution for our new and existing embedded product portfolio in the Fintech, Identification Management and Authentication domain. The ideal candidate will combine strong product marketing expertise with domain depth in biometrics, Identification and Authentication Domain, National ID Projects, Fintech, Secure elements, MicroATM and embedded fintech solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
GTM Strategy Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for embedded fintech and identity products
- Define product positioning, messaging, and value proposition for different target segments
- Plan and execute product launches (global and regional)
- Develop pricing strategy, packaging, and commercialization roadmap
Market Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking across biometric, authentication, and payment ecosystems
- Identify new market opportunities across BFSI, Government, Telecom, and Enterprise sectors
- Track regulatory and compliance requirements impacting product positioning
Product Marketing Sales Enablement
- Create compelling sales tools – pitch decks, product brochures, solution briefs, case studies
- Enable sales teams with product training and technical positioning
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to align product roadmap with market demand
Stakeholder Partner Management
- Collaborate with technology partners, system integrators, and channel partners
- Support RFP/RFI responses with domain expertise
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
- Build and manage strong GTM team to increase product visibility and sales
Domain Expertise (Identity Authentication)
- Strong understanding of biometric systems (Fingerprint, Face, Iris)
- Knowledge of smart card technologies (Contact Contactless – ISO 7816 / 14443)
- Understanding of secure elements, encryption, PKI, and authentication frameworks
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as PCI, EMV, STQC, FAP, and related certifications
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in Product Marketing / GTM roles in embedded hardware, fintech devices and identity solutions
- Proven experience launching embedded or hardware-based technology products
- Strong understanding of Identification Management and Authentication ecosystem
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, certification, and operations
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear market messaging
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in MicroATM, POS, Biometric terminals, or secure payment devices
- Exposure to global markets and regulatory environments
- MBA in Marketing / Strategy preferred
- Experience working in B2B and enterprise sales environments
