- Risk & Controls: Monitor the overall risk environment and participate in the Security Governance Committee and Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Who You Are
We are looking for a seasoned professional who brings a “big picture” perspective to the table. While technical accounting proficiency is essential, the ability to think strategically is what will set you apart.
- Experience: At least 20 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with a heavy emphasis on the Property & Casualty (P&C) sector.
- Education: A CPA license or an MBA is required, though candidates holding both are highly preferred.
- Leadership: A proven track record of leading cohesive teams and a desire to move into an executive-level role.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of Statutory Accounting principles and state insurance regulations.
