The opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic Executive – Go-To-Market (Product Marketing) to support the GTM strategy and execution for our new and existing embedded product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in embedded hardware product marketing within the Identification and Authentication domain, including POS, fintech solutions, and National ID or biometric-based projects.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Strategy Support
- Assist in developing and executing go-to-market plans for embedded fintech and identity products
- Support product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development
- Coordinate product launches across regions and verticals
Market Research Competitive Analysis
- Conduct market research in biometric authentication, POS, fintech, and National ID ecosystems
- Track competitors, pricing benchmarks, and emerging technologies
- Identify new market opportunities across BFSI, Government, and Enterprise segments
Product Marketing Sales Enablement
- Develop sales collateral including brochures, pitch decks, case studies, and solution notes
- Support RFP/RFI responses with product and domain inputs
- Conduct internal product training sessions for sales and channel partners
Domain-Specific Responsibilities
- Understand biometric technologies (Fingerprint – FAP standards, Face authentication, Iris)
- Exposure to smart card technologies (Contact Contactless – ISO 7816 / 14443)
- Familiarity with POS terminals, MicroATM devices, and secure payment systems
- Understanding of National ID projects and authentication frameworks
- Awareness of compliance standards such as PCI, EMV, STQC, UIDAI, and related certifications
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with product management, engineering, and certification teams
- Support field feedback consolidation and market insights
- Coordinate with channel partners and system integrators
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing / GTM roles in embedded hardware, fintech devices, or identity solutions
- Experience in POS, biometric devices, or authentication platforms
- Exposure to National ID, Aadhaar, or similar identity ecosystems preferred
- Strong understanding of fintech and secure transaction environments
- Ability to translate technical specifications into market-ready messaging
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing / Strategy preferred
- Experience working in B2B / Enterprise environments
- Exposure to international markets is an added advantage
