We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, business performance, governance, and sustainable growth.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Drive overall financial strategy aligned with business objectives
• Partner with the MD/CEO on strategic decisions and growth initiatives
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
• Oversee treasury, liquidity, cash flow and fund management
• Drive profitability, cost optimisation and working capital efficiency
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and statutory compliance
• Oversee taxation and regulatory requirements
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts function
• Drive digital transformation and automation across finance
🎯 What We're Looking For
✅ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI
✅ 20+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
✅ Proven experience in senior finance leadership/CFO-level roles
✅ Strong strategic, commercial and business partnering skills
✅ Expertise in treasury, working capital and financial management
✅ Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
✅ Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: Experience in a professionally managed/listed organisation, particularly within Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Ingredients or Agro-based industries, with exposure to multiple business units or manufacturing locations.
