- Capital Markets: Lead the next massive financing round and manage Tier-1 VC relationships.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a co-pilot to the CEO; challenge pricing, unit economics, and expansion strategy.
- Banking Transition: Navigate the financial and capital requirements of a full banking license.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee a regional team of 15-20. Ensure accuracy in modeling, reporting, and monthly closings.
- Ground Connection: Maintain a strong physical presence in operational hubs to understand product frictions and local realities.
Your profile
- Expertise: Proven CFO or Finance Lead experience in a high-growth Fintech or regulated digital bank.
