About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations profile to help manage and optimize our revenue technology stack within a team of 4 people.
Our ecosystem includes a wide range of tools, with HubSpot and Planhat at the core . In this context, we are looking for a profile who will take ownership of our prospection tools as a priority, with room to grow into a broader scope , and contribute to the overall consistency, performance, and scalability of our systems.
This role is critical in ensuring that our
tools, data, and processes effectively support our Go-To-Market, Customer Success, and Finance teams .
You will play a key role in driving operational excellence by managing systems, improving data quality, and designing scalable processes across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Systems Management
- Own and administer our prospecting tools (e.g. Sales Navigator, Lusha, FullEnrich , Lemlist , etc. - the list is updated regularly)
- Helps manage and optimize our revenue tech stack (CRM, CSP, prospection tools, data tools…)
- Ensure proper configuration, user access, and governance
Data Management & Quality
- Maintain and improve customer and prospect database quality
- Define and enforce data governance standards
- Support reporting reliability and consistency across teams
Process Design & Automation
- Helps d esign and optimize end-to-end processes (Lead → Deal → Customer → Renewal)
- Build and maintain workflows, automations, and business rules within prospection tools
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
Integrations & Technical Ownership
- Manage and maintain system integrations across the revenue stack
- Lead or support data migrations and system implementations
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure data consistency across tools
Business Partnering
- Work closely with GTM, Customer Success, and Finance teams
- Understand business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions
- Provide support and enablement to ensure tools are used effectively
Profile required:
Profile & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM administration, or similar roles
- Strong e xperience with prospecting tools, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Customer Success Platforms ( Planhat preferred)
- Proven experience in:
- Data management and database structuring
- Process design and automation
- System integrations and data migrations
Skills
- Strong technical mindset – comfortable “getting hands-on” with tools and configurations
- Fluent English Speaker (C1)
- Ability to bridge business and technical needs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and reliability
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Someone who is both hands-on and strategic
- A profile who enjoys working on systems, data, and processes
