Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA/CPA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in finance, with leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and decision-making ability
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Oversee cash flow, investments, and capital structure
- Monitor financial performance and identify improvement areas
- Ensure optimal use of financial resources
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements
- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
Pay: ₹35,975.06 - ₹136,092.16 per month
