Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, reporting, and ensuring the company’s financial health and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and funding requirements
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, taxation, and audits
- Provide financial insights for business decisions and expansion
- Lead and manage the finance and accounts team
- Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA)
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in finance/accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance
- Excellent leadership and analytical skills
- Experience in handling large-scale financial operations
Preferred Skills:
- Strategic thinking and decision-making ability
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
Salary: Best in the industry (based on experience)
