🚀 Head of Revenue Operations
UK (London or Manchester - 2 days a week in office, 3 remote)
Build and scale the revenue engine of a high-growth SaaS business.
We’re partnering with a fast-scaling, AI-driven SaaS company entering the next phase of its growth journey. As the business matures, they’re looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to design and lead a best-in-class go-to-market engine.
This is a pivotal role sitting across marketing, sales, and customer success, working closely with senior leadership to bring structure, visibility, and operational excellence to the revenue function.

You’ll own the end-to-end revenue operating model — from strategy through to systems and execution.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape how revenue is generated, measured, and scaled.
🧠What You’ll Be Doing
Revenue Strategy & Operations
- Design and implement the GTM operating model across marketing, sales, and customer success
- Align teams around shared funnel metrics, lifecycle stages, and KPIs
- Partner with leadership on pipeline generation, conversion optimisation, and forecasting
Pipeline & Forecasting
- Own forecasting frameworks and reporting infrastructure
- Improve pipeline visibility, accuracy, and discipline
- Identify risks and opportunities across the revenue funnel
🧩 Systems & Revenue Architecture (Current Stack)
You’ll take ownership of an established, modern GTM tech stack, with responsibility for optimisation, integration, and future evolution.
Core Platforms:
- Salesforce — CRM and core revenue data source
- HubSpot — marketing automation and lead lifecycle management
- Gong — sales intelligence, call analytics, and forecasting support
Data & Infrastructure:
- Amazon Redshift — central data warehouse
- BI / reporting tooling layered on top of warehouse (e.g. dashboards, exec reporting)
Data Enrichment & GTM Tooling:
- Tools such as Breeze, Goodfit, and similar enrichment / prospecting platforms
- Outreach optimisation and sales engagement tooling (where applicable)
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Ensuring clean architecture and data flow across all systems
- Driving adoption, usage, and data quality across GTM teams
- Evaluating and implementing additional tooling (e.g. customer success platforms, RevOps analytics, AI tooling)
- Building a scalable, future-proof revenue systems ecosystem

- Define and implement scalable sales processes and frameworks
- Improve rep productivity and consistency
- Use data and insights to drive performance improvements
🤖 AI & Automation
- Identify opportunities to introduce AI-driven workflows and automation
- Improve efficiency across the GTM engine through better tooling and processes
- Leverage data to drive smarter decision-making and execution
👥 Leadership
- Build and scale the Revenue Operations function
- Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders
✅ What They’re Looking For
- 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
- Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience building or scaling RevOps functions
- Strong experience owning and optimising modern GTM tech stacks
- Commercial, data-driven, and operationally hands-on
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and driving accountability
