The role involves working across two business verticals:
- PackReach – A B2B packaging sourcing and supply initiative focused on domestic and international markets
- Leadenza – A data enrichment and lead intelligence service supporting businesses across industries
Both are early-stage, founder-led initiatives focused on building strong operational systems and scalable processes.
Role Overview
I am looking for someone who can take ownership of backend operations across both businesses.
This is a high-responsibility role involving sourcing, research, vendor coordination, and execution. The goal is to build reliable systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Vendor Management (PackReach)
- Identify and shortlist suppliers (India & international)
- Compare pricing, MOQ, certifications, and product specifications
- Communicate and negotiate with vendors
- Maintain supplier relationships
- Handle enquiries, quotations, and order coordination
2. Data Enrichment & Research Operations (Leadenza)
- Research and verify business and contact data across industries
- Build structured databases (leads, contacts, segments)
- Maintain accuracy and organization of data
- Support outreach-ready data preparation
3. Business Operations & Execution
- Manage day-to-day backend operations
- Track enquiries, orders, and follow-ups
- Maintain structured systems using Excel / Google Sheets
- Ensure timely execution of tasks across both verticals
4. Coordination & Ownership
- Act as a central execution point across workflows
- Handle responsibilities independently with minimal supervision
- Ensure timelines and deliverables are met consistently
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in operations, sourcing, research, or business coordination
- Strong communication and vendor handling skills
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and think independently
- Comfortable working in a startup-style environment
