Business Operations Coordinator – Manchester Group Construction & Fiberglass Divisions | Office-Based
Manchester Group is a specialty products and solutions company serving contractors, architects, engineers, and distributors across industrial, commercial, and technical construction markets.
We're hiring a Business Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational hub of our business — keeping projects moving, information organized, and opportunities from slipping through the cracks.
What you'll own:
- Lead intake, routing, and CRM management (HubSpot)
- Project tracking — drawings, revisions, submittals, approvals
- Straightforward quoting across key product lines
- Vendor and principal coordination
- Shipping, PO tracking, and order follow-up
- File and document organization (OneDrive / SharePoint/ Dropbox)
