About the Role: As our Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the "engine room" of our GSA business. With a growing team across multiple departments, we need a process-driven leader to standardize our workflows, audit staff productivity, and ensure our commercial delivery matches our airline partners' standards.
Note: This is a corporate leadership role based in our HQ. This is NOT an airport-side or cargo operations role.
Responsibilities:
- Workflow Design: Standardize daily reporting and follow-up processes for employees across the network.
- Staff Accountability: Oversee the daily output of Managers and backend staff; ensure everyone is following the established "Playbook".
- System Optimization: Implement and manage business productivity tools (CRM, Task Management) to eliminate manual follow-up.
- Compliance & Excellence: Ensure the GSA mirrors our airline partners' global standards in every customer interaction.
Qualifications: An expert in organizational efficiency who prioritizes systems over people. You have a proven track record of managing large teams (100+) in a high-pressure commercial environment.
