Led by Dr. Ujjwal Patni — 7M+ YouTube subscribers, 3 Guinness World Records, author of 7 books in 12 languages, coach to 1 Lakh+ entrepreneurs — the platform operates live programs (e.g., Business Gurukul, Business Audit, VIP), keynote and L&D services, digital courses, and business mentoring services.
Your Role
The VP — Sales & Business Operations is a critical hire who serves as the operational CEO-surrogate, ensuring that all revenue streams, team functions, vendor relationships, and business development activities run seamlessly without Dr. Patni's direct involvement. The VP owns P&L accountability and is the single point of escalation for all non-strategic matters.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end operations and revenue of all coaching programs
- A team of 15+ (full-time + freelancers)
- Keynote & corporate L&D pipeline
- All vendor, agency, and freelancer relationships
- Monthly P&L reviews and revenue target achievement across all streams
- SOP-based operating model that runs without Dr. Patni's involvement
- Conversion of one-off keynote clients into recurring L&D contracts
- Relationships with leading business owner networks and communities in India
- Monthly business review decks for Dr. Patni
You Are the One If You Have
- 8–14 years of total work experience; minimum 4 years in a P&L-owning leadership role
- Experience in Business Coaching, Corporate L&D, EdTech, Media, Creator Economy, or selling Financial Services (mutual funds, wealth management)
- Proven track record of managing business units of ₹5 Crore+ revenue
- Demonstrated experience managing teams of 10+ people, including remote members
- Strong B2B business development experience
- Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate immediately
- Excellent written and verbal communication (Hindi + English)
- High ownership mindset — acts, doesn't wait for instructions
Good to Have
- Prior experience at an EdTech or coaching company
- Existing corporate L&D network (HR heads, L&D heads of mid-large corporates)
- Exposure to content/creator businesses or digital marketing
- MBA from a reputed institution
