Sales Operations Analyst I
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel are required.
- Experience with CRM SAP, Power BI, Monday.com, Snowflake is helpful.
- Customer-facing experience is required.
- Will be supporting Micron, Boise, ID.
- Acts as POC for product ordering.
- Serves as liaison between Client & Japan.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills required.
- Bilingual Japanese language skills strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with data analysis, logistics, and supply chain.
Job Summary
Under close supervision, responsible for managing delivery schedules according to customer needs and factory capacity. This role involves direct communication with external customers, negotiating order expedites, meeting contractual commitments, and managing forecast changes internally and externally to meet revenue goals.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate delivery timing to customers for both new and reuse equipment globally.
- Interface directly with customers to optimize delivery schedules, meet revenue targets, and correct forecast errors.
- Collaborate with sales to strategically negotiate and adjust delivery schedules.
- Provide delivery performance metrics for customer scorecards, influencing and negotiating favorable results.
- Reconcile fees and remedies associated with on-time delivery (including credit memos for transit reimbursement).
- Employ mechanisms such as expedite and cancellation fees to mitigate manufacturing impacts.
- Resolve customs-related issues by working with customer logistics teams or carriers.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customers, products, and materials.
- Schedule and contribute to multiple customer meetings regarding forecast, orders, and delivery.
Minimum Requirements – Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree with 4 years of related experience; or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience directly communicating with customers.

- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot and apply critical thinking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiar with other Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills to interact respectfully with team members and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-driven, able to perform successfully with minimal oversight.
