Revenue Operations Manager | London (Hybrid)
Interv_l are partnered with a high growth energy software company that are hiring for a GTM Enablement Manager to sit at the heart of a high-growth business, working across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to drive revenue performance and operational excellence.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving problems, improving processes and driving projects through to completion.
What you’ll be doing:
• Owning cross-functional projects end-to-end across the GTM function
• Improving pipeline performance, lead generation and deal progression
• Building sales enablement materials and optimising CRM/data flows
• Streamlining customer onboarding and reducing time-to-value
• Identifying and fixing operational friction across teams
What they're looking for:
• Experience operating across multiple commercial functions (Sales/Marketing/CS)
• Strong project delivery skills – from scoping through to execution
• Hands-on with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and reporting
• A proactive, structured operator who takes ownership and drives outcomes
• Interest or experience in EV / energy / sustainability is a plus
