Plethy is an innovative startup in the health tech industry dedicated to transforming patient care journeys using advanced technologies and personalized care solutions, with a specialized focus on musculoskeletal health. We are currently seeking a Sales & Business Operations Administrator to support our sales efforts, office operations, and ongoing administrative workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key support partner to the sales team by managing and following up on leads collected from conferences and events
- Track, organize, and maintain sales leads, including business cards and CRM updates
- Assist with outreach efforts including email follow-ups, scheduling, and coordination
- Serve as a first point of contact for Plethy coaches who interact with patients and users of the Recupe platform
- Coordinate and follow through on issue resolution, escalating to internal teams when needed
- Assist with operational tasks including documentation, data entry, data pulling, and other recurring workflows
- Take ownership of repetitive and time-consuming tasks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
- Assist with logistics including sensor shipments, user documentation, and marketing collateral
- Manage executive travel bookings and itinerary coordination
- Provide general office support including handling mail, managing supplies, and maintaining day-to-day office needs
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and support broader business needs
Qualifications:
· Possess a strong ownership mindset with a willingness to take initiative and follow through on tasks
· Experience working with sales, operations with an understanding of cross-functional workflows
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially when managing repetitive tasks
· Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and basic technology tools
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
· 3 years of experience in administrative, sales support or operations roles preferred
· Ability to work in the Santa Clara office 3–4 days per week, with reliable transportation to assist with shipments and delivery pickups
