Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar for a Head of Business Operations. The role involves overseeing daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to organizational goals, and driving performance improvements. Responsibilities include managing operational strategies, developing long-term business plans, collaborating with finance teams to monitor budgets, and analyzing key performance metrics to guide decision-making. This leadership position also involves ensuring that all processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Operations and Operations Management
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement
- Experience in Business Planning and strategic execution
- Solid understanding of financial principles and Finance management
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
- Proficiency with business analytics tools and software
- Previous experience in the recycling or industrial sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
