Balance Staffing is partnering with a multinational automotive manufacturer in Orange County, CA to hire (2) Sales Operations Analysts to support Key Account Managers focused on IT sales and delivery across multiple business units. This is a fully onsite contract to perm opportunity in Irvine, CA.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast paced, ambiguous environments and can support high volume processing, reporting, and operational activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Maintain accurate opportunities, accounts, contacts, and activity tracking within Salesforce CRM
• Produce regular dashboards and executive ready summaries including pipeline, bookings, renewals, backlog, key risks, and next steps
• Support ad hoc reporting and operational analysis requests for leadership and business stakeholders
• Submit, track, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in alignment with approved scope and budgets while reconciling PO status against project milestones and invoices
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and delivery teams to resolve PO, invoicing, or operational discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain client facing operational artifacts including meeting materials, QBR/MBR inputs, action logs, decision logs, and executive summaries
• Maintain trackers for SOWs, amendments, renewals, and key milestones while partnering with Legal, Procurement, and Finance to support timely review cycles and reduce administrative bottlenecks
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk support, Business Operations, or a similar cross functional operations environment.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities including pivots, lookups, and data validation.
• Experience maintaining high quality CRM data and producing pipeline or performance reporting, including hands on Salesforce experience.
• Experience working within SAP environments including PR/PO processing, invoice visibility, and operational reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non technical teams.
• High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and disciplined documentation habits
• Familiarity with SOWs, MSAs, commercial terms, and cross functional coordination.
