JOB OVERVIEW:
The Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for executing data analysis, developing queries, and supporting data-driven initiatives across prospect, customer, and internal projects. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and organization of data to enable effective reporting and insights. The specialist works with complex data sets, implements efficient processes, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enable them with clean, actionable data to drive pipeline and support strategic decision-making and optimize data utilization across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Execute data. enrichment, validation and hygiene workflows across Salesforce, HubSpot and integrated platforms to ensure GTM teams operate on accurate, complete records.
- Monitor data quality metrics, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with Engineering and RevOps teams to build and maintain data integration, automation, and process scalability across the GTM tech stack
- Partner with Product and Business teams to understand data requirements and deliver datasets that meet business objectives.
- Apply data tools, QA methods, and best practices to maintain high-quality standards across data pipelines and workflows.
- Support vendor-related data operations, including validation and integration of external data sources or enrichment platforms.
- Perform Salesforce and Hubspot admin tasks including field creation/management, workflow rules, validation rules, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and list view.
- Support sales engagement operations in email sequencing tools, including sequence data hygiene, deliverability monitoring and performance reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in data operations, data management, or analytics.
- Strong understanding of data governance, ETL processes, and quality control methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
- Experience with automation tools like Python script is a plus.
- Working proficiency in Salesforce administration. HubSpot admin experience is a strong plus.
- Understanding of email deliverability fundamentals and tools.
- Must be capable of working independently and delivering stable, efficient and reliable software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SaaS, B2B data, or lead intelligence industry.
- Exposure to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance practices.
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms
- Experience with data enrichment and intent data platforms
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global, and remote environments.
- Familiarity with deduplication and data matching logic
REPORTING: This position will report to Revenue Ops Lead or any other Manager as assigned by Management.
