Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Finance & Leadership
• Drive financial strategy aligned with growth and profitability goals
• Partner with founders and leadership for strategic decision-making
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Fundraising & Investor Management
• Lead equity/debt fundraising and investor relations
• Manage due diligence, financial modelling, and deal structuring
• Prepare board decks, MIS, and investor reports
Financial Operations & Governance
• Oversee accounting, taxation, compliance, and audits
• Establish strong financial controls and risk management
• Build scalable finance processes and systems
Business Finance & Performance
• Drive unit economics, pricing, and margin optimisation
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability
• Partner with business teams on growth and cost efficiency
Team Leadership & Process Excellence
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team
• Drive automation and process improvements
Qualifications & Experience:
• 10–18 years of experience in finance, including leadership roles
• Prior experience in D2C / e-commerce / consumer startups preferred
• Proven track record in fundraising and investor management
• Strong understanding of unit economics and scaling businesses
• CA / MBA (Finance) preferred
