Go-To-Market (GTM) LeadBern AI Lab | London, UK (Hybrid)
The RoleBern AI Lab is looking for a strategic, high-velocity GTM Lead with approximately 5 years of experience to bridge the gap between our lab’s innovations and high-value enterprise clients.
We don't just build AI; we build specialized intelligence. From AI-enabled Equity Research platforms that redefine financial analysis to AI-driven Automated Cab Scheduling systems that optimize urban mobility, our products solve high-friction problems. We need a GTM expert who can pivot between these diverse verticals, identifying the right clientele and crafting the narratives that turn technical "magic" into essential business infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Vertical Strategy: Build and execute distinct GTM playbooks for our finance-focused research tools and our logistics-focused automation platforms.
- Client Identification: Pinpoint the "Ideal Customer Profile" (ICP) across the City of London’s financial hubs and the UK’s expanding logistics and transportation sectors.
- Product Marketing: Translate our complex RAG-based and agentic architectures into clear, ROI-driven value propositions for C-Suite stakeholders.
- Expansion & Validation: Lead market entry for new products, moving from initial beta testing to full-scale commercial deployment.
- Feedback Loops: Act as the "voice of the market" for our engineering team, ensuring our Equity Research and Scheduling tools evolve ahead of client needs.
Your Profile- The 5-Year Sweet Spot: You have roughly 5 years of experience in GTM, Product Marketing, or Business Development within the B2B SaaS or AI space.
- Sector Versatility: You are comfortable discussing Equity Research (alpha generation, data synthesis) and Automated Logistics (optimization, real-time scheduling) in the same afternoon.
- UK Network: A solid understanding of the UK enterprise landscape, particularly within the London financial sector and/or transit operations.
- Execution Mindset: You are a "player-coach" who can design a high-level strategy on Monday and write the outreach copy on Tuesday.
