Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Growth Lead, based in Ahmedabad. As a Senior Growth Lead, you will lead growth strategies, identify and execute sales opportunities, and drive business development initiatives. Additional responsibilities include conducting detailed market analysis, identifying new market trends, overseeing strategic projects, collaborating with internal teams, and developing strategies for client acquisition and retention. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding and managing teams to achieve organizational growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and evaluate growth strategies
- Exceptional Communication skills for client interactions, team coordination, and stakeholder presentations
- Expertise in Growth Hacking and Sales to identify innovative approaches and execute revenue-driven opportunities
- Proven experience in Project Management to oversee strategic initiatives from planning to execution
- Experience in the construction technology industry and an understanding of SaaS products is a plus
- Leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and drive results
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
