We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of the organization. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The role involves providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team while driving the company’s financial strategy and long-term growth.
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Provide insights and recommendations for business growth and profitability
Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Monitor cash flow, profitability, and financial performance
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to statutory laws, tax regulations, and internal policies
Manage audits (internal & external) and liaise with auditors
Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
Build a high-performance culture within the department
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial alignment
Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
Support fundraising, investor relations, and financial negotiations
Manage banking relationships and funding requirements
Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
Key Requirements:
CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
10–15+ years of experience in finance & accounting
Proven experience in a leadership role (CFO / Finance Head / Controller)
Strong financial analysis and strategic thinking
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and taxation
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in [Industry – e.g., Manufacturing, IT, Retail, etc.]
Exposure to fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, or IPO processes
Financial health and profitability of the organization
Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
Cost control and budget adherence
Compliance and risk management effectiveness
