The Revenue Operations Lead role will support the entire revenue operation, inclusive of acquisition, retention and growth initiatives across UK and international markets
- which supports existing business and will be crucial for streamlining our sales processes. It will also help to increase revenue by identifying bottle necks and improving our sales forecasting accuracy.
Things that you will do
- New Sales and Customer Process Management
- Develop, implement, and optimise new sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure the sales team adheres to established processes and best practices.
- Commercial enablement and onboarding, ensure new hires in sales and customer ramp quickly e.g. planning, tooling access, process docs
- Implement our identified strategy to improve Customer data availability and integrity
- New Sales and Customer Data Analysis
- Collect, analyse, and report on data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track sales performance against targets.
- New Sales Strategy Development
- Collaborate with New sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the New Business Sales organisation.
- Sales Forecasting
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to support business planning.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecast accuracy.
- Revenue forecasting & pipeline accuracy, own the process across sales and customer, ensure hygiene is 95%+
- Training and Support
- Provide training and support to the sales team on sales processes, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in onboarding new sales team members.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales operations with overall business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales and other teams.
- Scalability and process documentation. Proactively identifies commercial bottlenecks before they become blockers, needs to be the documenter of all rev processes across all teams
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, trends, and insights to senior management.
- Maintain documentation of sales processes, policies, and procedures.

What you will be responsible for
You will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the sales operations processes to ensure the sales team operates efficiently and effectively. This role will be responsible for working with sales data, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with various departments to support the sales team's success.

- Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
