TAC Security is seeking a dynamic Head of GTM (Go-to-Market) to lead the global go-to-market strategy for Socify.ai, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market leadership in the rapidly evolving cybersecurity compliance landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will own and execute the end-to-end Go-to-Market strategy for Socify.ai, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, market penetration, and product adoption across global markets.
- Define and refine product positioning, messaging, pricing strategies, and competitive differentiation to establish Socify.ai as a category leader in cybersecurity and AI.
- Identify high-impact market opportunities, target customer segments, and strategic growth initiatives through data-driven market research and competitive analysis.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align GTM initiatives with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement scalable demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer acquisition programs to drive sustainable growth.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, channel relationships, and ecosystem alliances that contribute to brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue expansion.
- Lead product launch strategies, market expansion initiatives, and customer engagement programs across key geographies and industry verticals.
- Monitor GTM performance metrics, analyze market trends, customer insights, and revenue data, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize growth outcomes.
- Establish and track key business KPIs across the customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment between acquisition, retention, expansion, and revenue goals.
- Represent Socify.ai at industry events, conferences, webinars, and executive engagements to strengthen market presence and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with leadership to define long-term growth strategies and execute initiatives that support business scalability and market leadership.
- You may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as we may reasonably require.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Growth, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Business Development, or related leadership roles.
- Proven experience scaling B2B SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, or technology products in global markets.
- Experience with AI tools, including Claude, is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales, demand generation, product marketing, growth strategies, and customer acquisition frameworks.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful GTM strategies that drive measurable business growth and revenue outcomes.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and revenue intelligence solutions.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and business decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing strategic partnerships, channel ecosystems, and business development initiatives is strongly preferred.
