💰 Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and demonstrated capability)

We are expanding our presence across renewable energy, consumer electronics, and related businesses while transforming our operations through technology, structured processes, ERP systems, and data-driven decision making.
As we scale, we're looking for one exceptional individual to work directly with the Founder and help build the systems that will shape the next phase of our growth.
About the Role
This is not a traditional operations role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems, creating systems, driving execution, and taking ownership.
You'll work directly with the Founder across business operations, strategic initiatives, ERP implementation, process improvement, and cross-functional execution.
As the organization grows, this role is designed to evolve into a leadership position with increasing ownership and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founder on business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate projects across sales, accounts, inventory, warehouse, and external stakeholders.
- Drive implementation and adoption of Zoho ERP and CRM. Build SOPs, workflows, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Conduct business research, market analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Track business KPIs and prepare management reports.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, vendor interactions, and follow-ups.
- Support expansion projects and new business initiatives.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Demonstrates high ownership and accountability.
- Thinks in systems rather than just completing tasks.
- Communicates effectively across teams.
- Learns quickly and adapts to changing priorities.
- Is comfortable working directly with a founder.
- Has exposure to ERP/CRM platforms (Zoho preferred but not mandatory).
- Enjoys building processes in a fast-growing business.
