Role: Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager – Business Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with OEM teams, including Product Development and Operations teams, while managing client-facing interactions.
- Collaborate internally with Operations, Logistics, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Streamline installation activities through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with dealers and key partners.
- Connect with end customers to schedule site visits and confirm installation/report status with the operations team.
- Prepare and present operational data during internal reviews and customer/OEM meetings.
- Track project progress and ensure timely closure of action items.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing high-value projects and large-scale deployments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in OEM-driven project execution and customer-facing operations.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and drive projects to completion within defined timelines.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
