About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CFO with a strong CA and Finance & Accounts background to lead financial operations and manage the company's IPO preparation and execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the company’s IPO preparation and execution process.
• Coordinate with Merchant Bankers, Auditors, Legal Advisors, and IPO Consultants.
• Oversee Finance & Accounts, taxation, audits, MIS, budgeting, and cash flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and statutory compliance.
• Manage financial due diligence and IPO-related documentation.
• Strengthen financial controls, accounting processes, and corporate governance.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the management and Board.
• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
Required Qualifications
• CA (Chartered Accountant) – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, and financial reporting.
• Experience in managing financial operations and compliance.
• Preferred Qualifications • Prior IPO/Pre-IPO experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working with Merchant Bankers, Statutory Auditors, and Legal Advisors.
• Exposure to SEBI, Companies Act, GST, and Income Tax compliance.
• Experience in a corporate or fast-growing organization.
