We're looking for someone who's curious, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-growing logistics startup. This isn't a role where you'll do the same thing every day. You'll work across operations, customer success, finance, and AI-driven workflows to help build a smarter business.
What you'll do
- Work on customer success and day-to-day business operations
- Use AI tools to improve productivity and solve problems
- Assist with billing, reports, and operational processes
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and automate repetitive work
- Take ownership of projects and see them through to completion

- Comfortable using AI tools (or eager to learn)
- Good attention to detail and sense of ownership
- Able to adapt and work across different business functions
