What You’ll Do
Outbound (primary focus)
- Build and maintain targeted lead lists — define ICP filters, source from databases and public signals, scrape and enrich contacts
- Set up and run multi-channel sequences across email and LinkedIn, including domain setup, warm-up, deliverability hygiene, and inbox rotation for 20K/Day send volume.
- Write and continuously test copy — subject lines, opening hooks, CTAs, follow-up angles — and run structured A/B tests rather than one-off guesses
- Track the full funnel: contacts sourced → delivered → opened → replied → meetings booked → qualified, and report on what's actually moving
- Build enrichment and personalization workflows so outreach stays relevant at volume, not generic at scale
Partnerships
- Identify and prioritize VCs, accelerators, incubators, and adjacent service providers worth partnering with
- Run the full cycle: first outreach, pitch, negotiation, and getting the partnership actually launched
- Keep partnerships warm post-signature — regular check-ins, co-marketing pushes, referral flow tracking
- Measure each partnership on real outcomes (referrals, signups, revenue), not just logos on a page
Community
- Build and grow community programs from the ground up
- Use AI to handle the operational load — onboarding, engagement nudges, content curation, moderation support
- Turn community activity into a measurable pipeline and retention input
Cold calling
- Stand up cold calling as a testable channel: build the list, write the script, make the calls
- Run it as a real experiment with defined volume, tracked outcomes, and a clear read on whether it's worth scaling
Who You Are
- You’re a natural small-startup person - you’re most energized at the earliest stages of building, you want to be a founder one day (or already have been one), and you thrive in environments with little structure and high ownership.
- You have 2 - 4 years of hands-on B2B growth or marketing experience, gained at a US or EU-based SaaS or software startup with fewer than 30 people.
- You’ve built or tested a growth motion from scratch - not inherited one - and you have specific results to show for it.
- You work experimentally: you form a hypothesis, design a clean test, measure it honestly, and make a call without waiting for perfect data.
- You’re genuinely creative - you have a constant stream of ideas for new channels, angles, and approaches, and you bring fresh impulses to how growth can be accelerated rather than just optimizing what’s already there.
- You’re genuinely AI-native - tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, and n8n are a core part of how you work and meaningfully multiply what you can get done, not an occasional add-on.
- You understand B2B buying behavior - how enterprise buyers evaluate software, how outbound-driven sales cycles work, and why B2B growth is fundamentally different from B2C or PLG.
- You’re comfortable working with founders directly in a fast-moving environment with little structure, and you take ownership of outcomes rather than activity.
