What You’ll Do
As a vital member of the Revenue Operations team, reporting directly to the Manager of Revenue Operations, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. Your expertise in managing the HubSpot platform will enable effective data leverage, guiding strategic decisions that drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with sales, customer experience, and marketing teams to ensure efficient, data-driven operations aligned with their vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize HubSpot: Enhance the HubSpot platform’s functionality to better support GTM initiatives and strategic goals.
- Data Reporting: Create insightful reports using HubSpot, Power BI, and Excel, transforming data into actionable insights that influence sales and marketing strategies.
- Data Integrity: Maintain high standards of data accuracy and hygiene across systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside sales, customer experience, and marketing teams to streamline processes and maximize HubSpot’s potential.
- ERP Implementation Support: Contribute to the 2025 ERP implementation by guiding data integration and process optimization efforts.
- Revenue Metrics Analysis: Analyze and interpret key revenue metrics, providing insights that help shape future strategies and decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, driving operational efficiency throughout the organization.
- Strategic Liaison: Serve as a bridge between the Revenue Operations team and other departments, fostering alignment towards business objectives.
- Support Tool Management: Assist in managing other tools utilized by the GTM teams, such as Vidyard and Gong.
What They Look For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, data analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, in a high-growth tech environment.
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools, including HubSpot, Power BI, and Excel.
- A strategic and analytical mindset, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
- A self-driven, proactive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience with ERP systems or involvement in ERP implementation is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The Process:
- Initial conversation with the Manager of Revenue Operations.
- Technical Assignment.
- Present the assignment followed by a final discussion with the Manager and Chief Operating Officer.
