We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to lead and support our Business Development team. This role is crucial in driving sales performance, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring the successful execution of recruitment tours.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy & Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives responsible for university partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and tour participation goals.
- Set KPIs and performance benchmarks for the sales team and ensure consistent execution.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance sales effectiveness and negotiation skills.
2. Sales Operations & Process Optimization
- Establish and streamline sales workflows, CRM usage, and reporting structures to improve efficiency.
- Monitor lead conversion, sales cycle duration, and pipeline health, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop sales forecasts, reports, and data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates for tour registrations.
3. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify new market opportunities and develop expansion strategies for Simpled’s recruitment tours.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling outreach campaigns.
Requirements
✅ Experience: 5+ years in sales operations, business development, or sales leadership, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
✅ Industry Background: Education, student recruitment, EdTech, or international consulting preferred.
✅ Operational: Proficiency in Google suite is a must.
✅ Sales Expertise:
- Proven ability to lead and scale a high-performing sales team.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Experience in CRM tools, data analytics, and sales automation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
