Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 (Full-Time) | ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 (Part-Time) + Incentives

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Supervise the Telecalling Team: Ensure daily call targets are met and maintain team discipline.
Implement & Manage CRM: Set up and train the team on CRM software (Zoho, JustCall, MyOperator, Exotel).
- Monitor & Improve Productivity: Track live calls, listen to recordings, and provide real-time feedback.
- Lead Training & Development: Train telecallers on sales techniques, scripts, and CRM usage.
- Analyze Performance Data: Generate reports on call volume, conversion rates, and lead status.
-Optimize Lead Management: Distribute and track leads effectively to maximize conversion.
-Incentive & Motivation Programs: Implement performance-based incentives to boost results.
-Recruit & Train New Telecallers: Hire, onboard, and replace underperforming staff.

Requirements:
✔ Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in telecalling/sales operations
✔ CRM Knowledge: Should know how to set up and train the team on CRM software (Zoho, MyOperator, JustCall, Exotel)
✔ Skills: Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and motivation skills
✔ Language: Hindi & English proficiency required
✔ Tech-Savvy: Must be comfortable working with calling software and CRM tools
