Responsibilities:
•Oversee and clean up financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
•Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
•Develop and implement process automation initiatives to improve financial operations.
•Plan and execute tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency and compliance while reducing liabilities.
•Provide financial insights and reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, serving as the company’s financial compass.
•Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
•Establish and optimize inter-company transaction processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
•Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings across all jurisdictions where the company operates.
•Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
•Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
•Identify opportunities to invest the company's money wisely to maximize returns.
•Ensure compliance with accounting laws across all company offices.
•Stay on top of regulatory updates and proactively inform management and the accounting team about relevant changes.
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related field
- Five or more years of experience as a Global CFO
- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
- Working knowledge of how to raise capital outside traditional lines of credit
- Experience changing ERP systems,
- Experience with process automation
- Experience with managing accounting teams globally
- Experience with inter-company transactions
- Experience with Investing company capital
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
