Provide critical thinking, in depth data analysis and workplace solutions. The role will develop and execute capital and ongoing projects, supporting commercial and operations processes to promote operational efficiency improvements, design, implement and fine tune Go To Market processes and strategies. This role will also work with vendors to identify new or enhancements to these processes considering scope, need, and future state. Develop and evaluate new and existing processes and systems to efficiently allocate and manage our resources.

Provide analysis based on data driven decision making, including effective collection and monitoring of metrics used to assess, prioritize and select improvement projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategic Management or equivalent, or combination of education and relevant work experience

Industrial Engineering or Business Analytics degree strongly preferred

Proficient in Microsoft office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

A minimum of 2 years’ experience.

Ability to work independently to develop project scopes, schedule meetings, coordinate contractors, modifying actions as necessary to maintain schedules, expenditures and other activities necessary for project management.

Working knowledge of computer software applications.

Working understanding of computer software applications including: PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake, SAP, & Forms.Com

Ability to extract insights from advanced datasets and explain them to non-technical employees & leaders

Comfortable engaging & presenting to all levels of the organization, from senior leaders to frontline operations employees
