Go-To-Market professional to join our Asia
Business Applications team. This role requires someone who thrives on leading a virtual team, acts as a thought leader, develops marketing strategy, and tracks success criteria and performance metrics. They will work with emergent technology, excel at creating alignment and action across teams, moving roadblocks, simplifying complex concepts, truly living for big challenges and opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful, curious, and engaging program execution leader who drives results through business impact.
Responsibilities
Drive Business Performance
- Drive GTM for aligned Solution Plays, identifying growth opportunities in the market and builds clear execution plans.
- Business Management & Operations – running the weekly, monthly, and quarterly business management cadence. Includes opportunity pipeline management and forecasting in partnership with sales leaders. Quarterly business performance reviews with Corp.
- Align, influence and coach field teams, sales operations, marketing plans, business rhythms and change management to convert strategic priorities into local execution.
- Partners across Microsoft core teams to bring the voice of field and co-design strategy and programs.
GTM
- Develop and execute integrated GTM programs to engage customers, build pipe and delivery customer success.
- Work in partnership with the CMO, GPS and Sales to build and deliver programs to onboard customers and set customers up with a strong foundation for growth that drives advocacy
- Leverage and localise the corporate value proposition, positioning and messaging for the solutions so that it is clear, distinctive & differentiated to the audience
- Understand the market, competitive landscape, customers, analysts
- Demonstrate understanding of local customers’ pain points and share market insights with Corp to influence global GTMs plans
- Ongoing analytics, reporting & optimization on program and pipeline performance
- Develop local customer evidence, build pipeline of references and work with Corporate Communications and agencies to develop new customers stories.
Sales Enablement
- Lands and champions solution plays, activating connected sales and marketing execution in every segment to maximize performance and share.
- Lead and collaborate with GPS for local partner-led marketing strategies and demand generation that support solution play performance.
- Champions Microsoft strategy and Solution Areas and builds industry presence.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years Go-To-Market, product marketing, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.
- Experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organisation.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
