Having achieved market leadership through disciplined M&A and consolidation strategies, the business is now entering its next phase: full integration and alignment of component businesses to create a truly unified organisation capable of delivering industry-leading customer and employee value. The future will include ongoing M&A, proactive operational improvement, and scalable financial systems. We are currently seeking a CFO to partner with the CEO and lead the organisation through this critical stage of growth.
As Chief Financial Officer, we are seeking a commercially minded and operationally savvy leader. An executive who thrives in partnering with the CEO and Board to design and execute financial and operational strategies that directly drive business performance. You will be experienced in managing finance, IT, procurement, and legal functions across a large, geographically dispersed business, ensuring the corporate office is robust, data-driven, and scalable. You will play a key role in shaping operational efficiency, improving financial performance, and supporting growth initiatives including M&A.
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of leading finance functions in substantial, high-growth service-based businesses. Experience with optimising systems to create operational visibility, leveraged debt facilities, budgeting, forecasting and performance improvement is highly desirable. You will lead and develop a high-performing, multi-functional team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence across the business. Most importantly, you will be a demonstrated leader who can combine commercial insight with operational execution, structuring, motivating, and developing a high-performing team through periods of change.
